Fun with Contracts (Basic Blog #24)

The elusive contract, the thing that can crank a D/s relationship up another level or 5. Contracts can be a fun tool too to start your D/s journey together, or to shake up or intensify an already hot relationship. However, not all contracts are the same, the one contract that I won't touch on is a Blackmail Contract, as these are illegal and dangerous no matter what way you look at them, so if you came here to learn how to write a blackmail contract, find the exit and leave. :) Goddess lives in the real World. Not your made up fantasy land. Okay, now that the trash has left the conversation, let's get into the blog.

Over the years I have had many contracts with My subs. TPE contracts being My favourite. (And also the most extreme.) I have few different type of contracts that I offer My subs. This doesn't mean every Domme will offer these contracts. This is My Personal approach to sub contracts. Take from that what you will. Whether you are curious about contracts or if you're a sub who's interested in being under contract by Me.

So the main contracts I offer subs are:

-General slave/sub contract

-Debt contract

-Chastity Contract

-Finsub contract

-TPE Contract

Okay, so now that I listed the contracts that I typically offer I will briefly explain them one by one. And yes briefly because this is a basic "blog" and I tend to sometimes go on and on and on, which in this blog I will not. Let's get to it. Because I have things to do. Some lucrative contract related things possibly. lol. Oh, and before I get to listing contracts, since I don't want this blog to be repetitive... All contracts that Goddess's writes up have a fee/penalty for breaking the contract. This amount is decided between Myself and the sub prior to signing off on it. (And this is usually a very hefty fee.) Now back to the contracts...

General sub Contract.

This contract is about as simple as it sounds. It's a general contract, it can cover the most basic of things, and also the most important. Contracts can be great, especially intially, because they communicate everything that is required of the sub in the D/s relationship, as well as the Dommes intent and expectations within the relationship. I have a basic sub contract template that I have created, (This is the contract that is often used as My "base".) but I will not be sharing it as people love to rip of My work. If you want to see it you can pay the hefty fee for it on My IWC or NF store. ;) But a general contract can cover sub basics and yes, even some of the things from the other contracts that are listed . It goes without saying but of course any of My contracts will always outline boundaries and limits for both parties within the contract, this is super important to ensure that no lines will be crossed. Within the contract expectations are laid out and are initialed by the recipient. If there is a weekly financial contribution to be made by the sub, it is also outlined here, as well as any weekly tasks that are expected. To cut this short, a general sub contract can cover anything and anything, however it is less extreme than a full on TPE contract. (Consider it as a stepping stone.)

Debt Contract

Debt contracts are pretty much exactly what they sound like, they are debt contracts. lol. So in the contract there is generally an amount that the sub has agreed to pay. It be hundreds to even thousands of dollars. (I prefer the ones in the thousands, and the faster they pay it the better. ;) Which means once completed Goddess can then draw up a new and even more challenging contract. ) Within a debt contract it can outline how much the sub has to pay, the expectation to be paid by the dates specified. (Whether that be weekly, daily, monthly ect.) And the date where the debt is expected to be paid in full. Yes, it really is that simple. Numbers. Lots of numbers. If you're super simple minded think of it this way, when your credit card has a balance, you are offered 2 things, to pay the balance in full, or to make the minimum payment by the specified date. In this case instead of it being a credit card bill and paying the credit card company to lower your balance, you pay your Domme instead. Early debt repayment, could be very beneficial for you subs. See it's simple!

Chastity Contract

Chastity contracts, also so much fun. They may or may not have a financial component for key-holding ect. (Usually, yes.) In this type of contract a sub commits to wearing a chastity device or staying chaste Iin the occasion that they are married and can't wear a device openly.) This type of contract can go two ways. One being wearing a chastity device. The sub may agree to a time period of staying locked this could be for, a week, weeks, a month, months, a year, and yes even years. Not all chastity subs are created equal. There is also an early release clause/fee they can pay for early "release." The more disciplined a sub can be for Goddess, the hotter it is. When a sub puts Goddess before their orgasm it is a sign of sacrifice. When I start with a new sub I start with a two week chastity trial. If a sub can make it past two weeks, I may or may not be more lenient at a later date. The two week trial is also used as a gauge to see how committed you are to serving Me. If you fail the two weeks, you are out of My life forever. First impressions are everything, idiots. The other variation of this contract is for the chaste subs who can't wear a device, they are set to schedules of when they can have release for marital purposes or whatever, at that time a fee is paid. (A married chaste sub is also taught to put his Wifes pleasure first. I believe that all subs Wives should be treated like QUEENS.) And then the cycle continues again. Yep, it's that simple. Well there's more but why would I give all My secrets away?

Finsub Contract

Generally a financial contract is worked into a general D/s contract. However there are some instances where a sub is purely a finsub and other kinky things just don't apply. Although rare, 100% pure finsubs do exist, and in this case contracts can be as simple or as complex as I want to make them. Also sometimes more like a debt contract if that is what the sub is comfortable with. (A debt contract is also sometimes a good stepping stone to a finsub contract. NOT ALWAYS.) It could be a payment schedule or an agreement for Goddess to take all but the amount for the sub to pay for their necessities every month. Again not going into all the hot details here, inquire within. ;) Taking from My finsubs is so hot, Goddess is happy and so are they. Pleasing Goddess with their wallet is their ultimate goal and purpose in life.

TPE Contract.

Ohhhhhh, Goddess's favourite type of contract. The holy grail of contracts. The hottest of all contracts. However, Goddess doesn't just hand over a TPE contract to any random sub. TPE is sacred. TPE is intense. TPE needs to be earned. TPE is time consuming, and TPE should only be practiced with a Domme you have 100% trust in. Losing control is scary, but it's also exciting. As a sub you need to be sure that you are doing TPE with the right Domme. If you fall into the wrong Dommes hands TPE can be dangerous and even potentially ruin your life. DO NOT EVER ENGAGE IN TPE WITH SOMEONE THAT yOU BARELY KNOW. DO NOT GIVE AWAY SENSITIVE INFORMATION AWAY TO SOMEONE WHO COULD POTENTIALLY BLACKMAIL yOU. This shouldn't have to be said, but I've seen terrible things happen to often. I'll leave those for another blog as this blog is supposed to be basic. A TPE contract is based on the same thing that general D/s Contract is based on, however it's like that contract is on steroids. That's the best way I can describe it. Everything is that much more intense. TPE doesn't happen over night it happens over time, so generally the sub will have signed a "General D/s contract" or another type of Goddess's contracts before they graduate to a TPE contract. TPE is like an all access pass for Goddess into your life. There is nothing left to hide behind, Goddess will have access to all, and potentially to things that you will no longer have access to. Oh contracts, so much fun. So hot. Contracts are super fun to incorporate into D/s relationships. Contracts can even bring excitement and purpose back into your life! I'm going to wrap up the blog here since it is supposed be a basic blog. For those of you subs out there who want to know more about My contracts, and potential contract opportunities, reach out respectfully. If you are a domme, you have to buy My contract and look at it, I don't have time to give advice, nor am I interested in consulting any of you during My free time. One thing I will stress before ending this blog is Blackmail contracts should never be a thing, blackmail should never be a thing. At the end of the day, these slave/sub contracts are not legally binding, however, the sub should never be enter into one without intent to follow through. If the sub truly respects the Domme enough they will hold to the contract that they signed.The legally binding part is a shout out to you inexperienced dommes who try and blackmail subs to keep paying you or whatever. It's tacky, desperate and gross... Oh and it can also lead to you ending up in jail. Yes, contracts are fun to explore with your sub, but RACK and SSC always. Again if you don't know what that, keep your hands off writing contracts and look it up. If a sub decides to break the contract they should have the respect for their Domme to adhere to the broken contract fee, if they don't forget about them. Never threaten a sub or stoop as low to blackmail them. I've seen it too many times. D/s relationships are sacred and should be respected by both parties in above.
